OEM Titanium Alloy Sheet Exporter & Manufacturer serving the Vietnam market

Providing Premium Grade Titanium Sheets, Plates, and Advanced Non-Ferrous Metal Composites Engineered for Vietnam's Rapidly Growing Marine, Chemical, and Aerospace Sectors.

Vietnam's Industrial Evolution and Titanium Demand

Exploring the strategic growth of titanium alloy applications across Vietnam's key manufacturing zones.

Vietnam is rapidly transforming into a global manufacturing and industrial powerhouse. With massive investments in heavy industries, marine engineering, petrochemical plants, and high-tech electronic manufacturing, the demand for advanced materials is skyrocketing. Among these materials, titanium alloy sheets and plates have emerged as critical components due to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, outstanding corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures.

From the industrial hubs in Haiphong and Quang Ninh in the north to the bustling manufacturing zones of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau in the south, Vietnamese enterprises are upgrading their infrastructures. Local industries require high-quality ASTM B265 titanium plates and sheets to build durable equipment that can survive the tropical, high-humidity, and saline environments characteristic of coastal Vietnam.

Marine & Shipbuilding in Hai Phong & Vung Tau

With a coastline stretching over 3,200 kilometers, marine engineering is vital. Titanium alloy sheets are heavily utilized in shipbuilding, offshore oil and gas platforms, and desalination facilities to prevent seawater corrosion.

Chemical & Petrochemical Processing

Major refineries like Nghi Son and Dung Quat require robust piping systems and heat exchangers. Titanium sheets and clad materials provide unparalleled resistance to aggressive chemical acids and high temperatures.

Green Energy & Power Generation

As Vietnam transitions toward renewable energy, particularly offshore wind and LNG terminals, titanium components are becoming the standard for structural parts exposed to harsh marine environments.

High-Tech Electronics & Automation

With global tech giants establishing assembly lines in Bac Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City, titanium alloys are increasingly sought after for precision tooling, sputtering targets, and structural chassis components.

Titanium Alloy Sheet Trends in Vietnam (2026 & Beyond)

Why Vietnamese industries are increasingly choosing titanium over traditional stainless steel.

As Vietnam positions itself as a key node in the global supply chain, local manufacturers are upgrading their raw material requirements. Titanium alloy sheets (especially ASTM B265 Grades 1, 2, and 5) are replacing traditional stainless steel in critical applications. The primary drivers for this trend include:

1. Extreme Corrosion Resistance in Tropical Marine Environments

Vietnam's coastal industrial zones face severe atmospheric salinity. Standard steels degrade rapidly, leading to frequent maintenance and downtime. Titanium forms a stable, protective oxide film instantly when exposed to oxygen, making it virtually immune to seawater, wet chlorine, and organic chemicals. This longevity is crucial for offshore platforms in Vung Tau and coastal power plants in Binh Thuan.

2. Weight Reduction for Modern Infrastructure

With a density of only 4.5 g/cm³ compared to 7.9 g/cm³ for steel, titanium alloys offer comparable or superior tensile strength at nearly half the weight. This weight-saving property is highly valued in Vietnam's emerging aerospace assembly facilities and for structural components in large-scale bridge and marine projects.

3. Thermal Efficiency in Heat Exchangers

In chemical processing and food manufacturing industries across Binh Duong and Dong Nai, heat exchangers must operate continuously under high thermal stress. Titanium sheets allow for thinner walls in plate heat exchangers due to their high strength and excellent corrosion allowance, dramatically improving heat transfer efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
